Top Telephones was Founded in Suffolk in May 1994, by ex-BT engineer Trevor Goodfellow, Top Telephones has steadily established a broad customer base of both residential and business customers in the East Anglia region.

Built on personal recommendations, some of these customers have been loyal for 10 years or more. Customers such as St. Edmundsbury Borough Council.

In the 13 years of his experience as a multi-skilled service engineer with BT, Trevor has worked with underground, overhead and internal faulting and installation along with customer apparatus, small business systems and even payphones.

The advent of Cat5E, Broadband (ADSL), Sky Digital, VOIP (voice over I.P.) has provided an ever-evolving workplace and extending the services that TOP TELEPHONES can provide. Indeed much of the recent workload is Broadband related i.e. signal dropping out. As broadband (ADSL) speeds increase beyond 2mb up to 8mb in the near future, customers will need their internal cabling and apparatus checked.

TOP TELEPHONES cover a broad spectrum of communication and data work offering a friendly prompt local response at a cost of nearly half that of BT.
